Props To Moo!


I am a big fan of handing out praise and today I am so impressed with how the online printer Moo.com handled a messed up order.

In a world of screwed up customer service departments (Nissan and Comcast), it is nice to know places that value a customer's time and money like Moo.com are still out there.
