It is that time of the year again when our funny faced fung-guy pops up and says, "Eat Me."So in honor of his appearance, please drop along a note on how you would dress this fella up before popping him in your mouth.
I sauteed him in butter, onions, salt, pepper and then added him to a huge pot of risotto.

I'm a Morel minimalist. Saute' them in butter, and serve them up with a rare New York strip, hot off the grill. Yum.
